After your plan is built, we'll get together once a quarter and be sure you are on-track for success and getting the most out of EOS®.
We teach proven business tools from great business minds like Jim Collins, Michael Gerber, Patrick Lencioni, Vern Harnish, and more. The difference is that we connect them together in ways that a group relying on the book-of-the-month leadership strategy can’t.
Our clients learn how to use the great business tools they have been reading about for years as one coherent business operating system. There are no trust falls, no tricycle riding in the parking lot, just a dedicated space for leaders to align their vision and set goals with an experienced guide to be sure everyone is heard, and everything gets out on the table.

The Process
We give our clients structure, coaching, and space so they can block out the noise, get their goals clear, and get their team aligned. We do this by setting aside one day per quarter, off site, with leadership teams of all shapes and sizes.
